The KitchenAid Artisan Elegance mixer is user friendly and versatile. The single attachment hub turns the machine into so much more than just a food mixer with many different add-on accessories available. The motor is direct drive and offers consistent speed in operation. It is reliable, long lasting and energy efficient.
The Artisan Elegance mixer comes with extra accessories (see below) including two steel bowls and a hard copy KitchenAid recipe book that is also available as an App via smart phone or tablet so you can access the ingredients on-the-go.
Herbert Johnston designed the first commercial food mixer for KitchenAid. He invented the original planetary action in 1919. This is still used in today’s Artisan mixers. The planetary action ensures effective and thorough mixing thus producing a lighter, more aerated mixture. Every baker's goal!
