What To Expect, Not To Expect & Prepare For Your £45 TV Installation

Please leave your existing equipment in situe. We will disconnect.

We attach the feet or base to the TV & place on a table stand.

We tune to an existing aerial and or satellite supply.

We connect to an existing wi-fi network (Have your password ready).

Tell us which existing products you have & we will try to connect them.

If you require a VCR connecting to your new TV you will need a scart adaptor. These cost £30. We do not recommend connecting DVD players with scart, we have DVD players from £49.99 & Blu-Ray players from £74.99 that use HDMI connection that brings out the best from the new TV that you have bought. If you need any of the above we need to be aware of it before delivery.

We explain how to use the most common / main features of the TV

We do not install brand new boxed products that have been purchased elsewhere to go with the new TV.

We do not install & set up wi-fi routers (This can be done and is at an extra charge. It would also more than likely need doing at a second visit unless this has previously been discussed)

We do not set up accounts for catch up services such as BBC iPlayer, ITV X etc. This is because of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
