Please note, the coronavirus pandemic has impacted on the manufacture and supply chain of many appliances and products from all brands. If you are ordering specific brand models, or awaiting a restock of our usual lines, please note you may experience delays in receiving products because many items are in short supply nationally and globally. This shortage in appliances is unprecedented and we may not be able to fulfil urgent requests easily. Please be patient while we source and secure products for you.
SHOP IN STORE
We have added lots of new safety measures in store in line with Government Guidance including perspex screens at till points, one-way systems, social distancing markers, hand gel, and limited customer numbers at busy times. Our staff will also be wearing face coverings.
We kindly ask that you do not enter our shop if you or anyone in your household is displaying symptoms of Covid19/Coronavirus. If in doubt, stay at home and contact us by telephone or web chat. We can offer a contact-free drop off delivery service to customers isolating at home so you can still shop with us in confidence.
If you do visit us in store please wear a face covering and use the hand gel provided on entry keeping socially distanced from staff and other customers. Please avoid touching products as much as possible. Our staff can provide product demonstrations safely.
Any products that customers need to bring to the shop – for return or repair – must NOT come through the front shop door. They must be brought to our back door by appointment only to minimise contamination risks as per Government Guidance. Contact us to discuss and arrange an agreed time to do this. SHOP BY TELEPHONE
You can order and purchase any item by telephone using your credit/debit card or BACS. We can give expert advice and keep you up to date with stocking levels and delivery options.
SHOP BY WEBSITE
All our products in stock will appear on our website - except for smaller accessories like leads and lightbulbs etc. This will change regularly so keep checking for new arrivals. We offer a Click and Collect service too. Simply select your item and complete the reservation. We will contact you to pay for your item by telephone before collection. This is especially important as many products are in short supply. For convenience and safety please collect from our back door and please wear a face covering.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SERVICES
We continue to offer a delivery and installation service for our larger appliances. Please allow extra time for delivery and ensure that you move to another room during delivery and installation to allow our staff plenty of safe distance to undertake their work. This is for staff and customer safety.
Please tell us if you are self-isolating and/or if there is a confirmed case of coronavirus/Covid19 at the property we will be delivering to. We reserve the right to refuse to enter a property or cancel a delivery if staff feel unsafe or customers appear to display symptoms of coronavirus without notice. We will not enter any home where there is a confirmed case of coronavirus/Covid19 but we will offer a doorstep contactless drop off service where appropriate.
