The compact KitchenAid 2.1 Litre Food Processor, finished here in Matte Black, is stylish and both easy to set up and to use. This 2.1 litre food processor cleverly stores all its accessories in the bowl when not in use and won't take up valuable work surface space thanks to its small footprint.
Three easy-press LED illuminated speed paddles - low, high or pulse - provide quick and easy operation allowing you to achieve a variety of tasks such as chopping, slicing, pureeing, mixing, kneading and shredding using the multi-use attachements.
These attachments include: multi-purpose and dough blades, reversible 2mm (fine) slicing/shredding, 4mm (medium) slicing/shredding and 6mm (thick) slicing only discs. Each of these attachments fit easily onto the drive adapter which sits on the drive pin. The latched lid also features a 2-in-1 feed tube allowing you to process various sized ingredients. The small pusher also doubles as an oil drizzler. Simply fill with your desired amount of oil and the small hole will drizzle oil at a constant rate - perfect for making dressings and mayonnaise.
The 2.1 litre bowl is leak-resistant and the sealed lid and handle mean that mess is kept to an absolute minimum. For easy cleaning all of the accessories plus the lid and bowl are dishwasher safe.
